These terms cover studio bookings and production services with Hushroom Podcast Studio. Booking a session or commissioning an episode means you’ve read and accepted them. Anything you’d like changed can be agreed in writing before work begins.
Bookings and payment. Session times are confirmed once a 50% deposit is received, with the balance due on the recording day. Per-episode production plans (Starter, Pro, Network) are billed on delivery of the final master.
Cancellations. Life happens: studio sessions can be rescheduled free of charge with 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit; production retainers pause rather than expire.
Revisions and turnaround. Every episode includes two full revision rounds. Standard post-production turnaround is five business days; 48-hour rush delivery is available for a 25% surcharge.
Ownership. Once paid in full, everything is yours: multitrack masters, 4K originals, finished episodes, clips, artwork source files, and any custom music composed for your show — with full buyout, forever.
Your content, your responsibility. You confirm you have the rights to any material you bring (music, clips, guest releases) and that your show complies with applicable law. We may decline material that infringes others’ rights.
