Hushroom Podcast Studio (“we”, “our”) respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it. If anything here is unclear, write to hello@hushroom.studio and we’ll answer plainly.
What we collect. When you submit our booking form, we receive the details you provide — your name, email, phone number if you share one, and what you tell us about your show. We use this only to respond to your enquiry and plan your booking.
What we don’t do. We never sell your information, never share it with advertisers, and never add you to a marketing list you didn’t ask to join. Booking enquiries stay between you and our production team.
Recordings and files. Masters, rough mixes, and session files are stored securely and kept for 90 days after delivery so revisions are painless. Raw files are deleted on request at any time — just ask.
Cookies and analytics. This site uses only the minimal technical storage needed to function (such as remembering that a form was submitted). We don’t run cross-site advertising trackers.
Your rights. You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing hello@hushroom.studio. We respond within 30 days.
