Raw tape in.
Broadcast episode out.

Dialogue editing, cleanup, music, mastering, and the metadata that gets you found — a five-stage pipeline with a second pair of ears on every episode.

Engineer cutting and mixing an episode

Editing you can’t hear

The best edit is invisible. We remove false starts, crosstalk, and filler on a multitrack timeline so the conversation breathes — tightened, never chopped. Guests sound sharper than they remember being.

Then comes tone: EQ and compression tailored to each voice, hiss and hum removed, mouth clicks tamed. The result holds up on phone speakers, car stereos, and studio monitors alike.

Finally, your sonic identity — a custom intro, outro, and transitions mixed at broadcast loudness, normalized for every platform. Five business days, door to door.

Everything after “stop”

Three-device QA pass

A second engineer checks the master on earbuds, a laptop, and a car stereo before delivery.

Recorded elsewhere? No problem.

Around half our post-production clients never set foot in the studio. Upload your Zoom, Riverside, or field recordings and we’ll salvage, sync, and sweeten them — then tell you exactly what to fix next time so each episode gets easier.

Post-production FAQs

How fast is turnaround?

Five business days from the moment your files arrive. Rush 48-hour delivery is available for time-sensitive episodes — mention your publish date when you book.

How many revisions do I get?

Two full revision rounds are included on every episode. Most clients approve the first master with only timestamp tweaks.

Who owns the intro music?

You do. Custom themes are composed for your show with a full buyout, and licensed beds include perpetual podcast-use rights. No takedowns, ever.

Can you match my existing show’s sound?

Yes. Send two reference episodes and we’ll build a mastering preset that continues your sound — or evolve it deliberately if you’re rebranding.
